Hi Brian,

Nice.

Where were the Taiga bean geese please....are you talking about looking back onto the (RSPB) wet grassland from the outer sea bank?

Thanks,

John

They were seen by looking back onto the reserve (scrapes area) from the outer sea bank, north of the saltmarsh viewpoint.
I believe you walked past me a few minutes earlier.

Cheers

It is feasible that the Taiga Beans are the same two that were present at Donna Nook to the 10th November.

Regards

Chris

Thanks Brian.

Had a look the following morning, but only saw the usual two pink-feet in this area, so they continue to elude me. The 600-1000 pinkies on the fields near the reserve are getting really close to the road now (<75m), providing great views. Presume the two Taigas are the same as those at Donna Chris, as they are such a scarce bird away from the traditional sites.

Cheers,

John
