c130 whooper swans heading NW over my house (Morton N of Bourne) at 0720 this morning - followed by 5 more at 0750.

Yesterday there were still 11 whoopers feeding on Bourne South Fen with 39 mute swans - this group of whoopers has been around most of the winter. At least 3 birds still present today but difficult to see/count properly in the haze!
