Adrian Royle heard one on the Louth Canal today. When I got there I heard two birds calling some 150m apart. The first and second Louth records!

and this Grey Wagtail was nearby

A visit late morning produced 2 birds together, one singing, in the usual location east of the stile, but then another singing male, further west opposite the boundary of Brocklebanks yard. Possible breeding pair?
