Ca. 2,700 Common Terns and at least 40 Arctic Terns came in to the roost near the tide-line out from Pye's Hall and 220 Common Scoters came into the Humber mouth and landed on the water at dusk. 42 Curlews and 40 Whimbrels were on the shore.
Highlights on the realignment area included 5 Greenshanks, 2 Common Sandpipers, a Wood Sandpiper, a Black-tailed Godwit, Common Buzzard, Marsh Harrier, 5 Kestrels, a Short-eared Owl, Cuckoo and a Crossbill which passed over to the south at 1930.
