Baumber 11th May

0825hrs. 11 Commic terns, assuming Arctic, flying strongly SW to NE over the village in overcast, damp conditions.

both species have been moving in the last few days Michael so could have been either; I have seen Arctics high overland but flocks of Common Terns do the same thing -- of 28 terns at Covenham on Sunday 27 were Commons and 1 Arctic
