Quite a few birds about this morning but a Turtle Dove and Cuckoo calling from Dog Kennel Wood and a family party of Treecreepers on the Course were the highlights.

I think Turtle Doves and Cuckoos may be making a comeback. Early days though.

I have seen/heard more Cuckoos than the last 2 years but sadly not so for Turtle Doves .
