A trickle of thrushes, most remaining only briefly before departing to the south or SW. Totals were 450 Fieldfares, 150 Blackbirds, 70 Redwings and 10 Song Thrushes. One incoming Blackbird was taken by a Peregrine over the mudflats just a few yards from the safety of the dunes. Shore Larks were down to 5, but this was perhaps due to the fog which also kept a noisy skein of Pink-footed Geese hidden from view. Also noted were 37 Whooper Swans, one Marsh Harrier, 2 Blackcaps, one Stonechat and 4 Bramblings.
