A juvenile Pallid Harrier was present on Grainthorpe Marsh to at least 16.05 when it was lost to view in the fading light. The bird never came close but ranged over the saltmarsh between Horseshoe Point and Pyes Hall throughout the afternoon. A male and ringtail Hen Harrier were also in the area.
It is almost certainly the same bird recently seen in East Yorkshire.
