A red kite was over my garden in Healing at about 1545hr today. It was drifting north-west. I don't recall seeing one here before.

Martin

Remarkably, I received this message today via the RSPB Grimsby Local Group website

"Saw a RED KITE at junction A46 Louth Road Holton le Clay (Jug and Bottle corner) Saturday 4th March approx 15.30 hrs. Bird was hovering over nearby farm land (Old airfield)Not a bird watcher but checked it out in books I have, the distinguished V tail caught my eye. Thought someone would be interested in knowing."

Regards
Martin
