Early morning visit - waders present;
Bar-tailed Godwit - 1
Redshank - 1
Dunlin - 2
Lapwing - 1
(did get to see the male Garganey and two Common Tern late in the day on 1st May)

All bird tracked!

All very mobile with numerous fishermen around the reservoir.

This morning, 8a.m, an adult Whooper flew on to the reservoir. it stayed for about 40 minutes and then flew off to the east.
This is at least the third time in 6 weeks that one or two Whoopers have flown in early in the morning and left after about half an hour.
