About third of the River Witham channel width, just east of Lincoln, currently (20 Sept) covered with the alien fat duckweed (Lemna gibba).

An abundance of water fern (Azolla) has now joined the fat duckweed in the same place (12 Oct).

Probably a mixture of duckweed species. Worth taking a closer look, carefully!
